Obituary:
BONNELL Rebecca Susan Bonnell, age 74, of Columbus died peacefully at her home on October 13, 2009. Her parents, Dr. Rollo W. and Nina (Figley) Bonnell, preceded her in death. She is survived by life companion Jo Kramer of Columbus; brother Tom Bonnell of Canton, Ohio; niece Kathy (Steve) Lyman of Rockville, MD; nephew Tom (Peggy) Bonnell of Export, PA; six great-nieces and nephews, Matthew, Nathan, Michelle Lyman; Jacob, Ali, Sam Bonnell; and long time friend, Linda Jordan. She is also loved and respected by many friends and colleagues whose lives she touched through her kindness, generosity and wisdom. After graduating from Columbus School for Girls, Becky received her Bachelor of Social Work from Capital University and a Master of Social Work from The Ohio State University. She retired as a Regional Director from Franklin County Children Services in 1988. She was a lifetime member of North Broadway United Methodist Church. Friends may call at RUTHERFORD-CORBIN FUNERAL HOME, 515 High Street, Worthington, Ohio 43085 between 4 and 8 PM on Friday, October 16th . Funeral Service will be at 9:45 AM at the funeral home on Saturday, October 17, 2009. Burial Union Cemetery.
