Frances C. Wheeler, age 89, of Columbus, passed away Tuesday, February 2, 2010 at Mayfair Village. She was a World War II, U.S. Army Veteran. Frances was preceded in death by her husband of 48 years, Marion “Tex” Wheeler. Her survivors include her children, Michael (Pam), Pat and Tim Wheeler, Chris Blankenship and Mary (Bill) Cox; grandchildren, David, Lindsey, Dianne, Jennifer, Ryan, Jason, Eric, Renee, Tyler and Megan; great grandchildren, Zachary, Emily, Alex, Anna, Aiden and Alyssa; brothers, Lawrence (Velma) and Elmer Knueven; sisters, Marie Driscoll and Wilma Croyle; other relatives and friends. Family and friends may call Sunday, February 7th from 1:00-4:00 p.m. at the RUTHERFORD-CORBIN FUNERAL HOME, 515 High St., Worthington, OH 43085. A Funeral Mass will be held 10:00 a.m. Monday, February 8, 2010 in Our Mother of Sorrows Chapel at St. Joseph Cemetery, 6440 S. High St., Lockbourne, OH 43137.
