Obituary:
Lula (Parales) Foley, age 86 of Columbus died Wednesday, March 3, 2010. Born September 8, 1923 in Coshocton, Ohio. Later moved to Greenfield where she graduated from McClain High School in 1941. Lu was active in drama club and had parts in school plays. She retired in October of 1987 from The Ohio State University, College of Agriculture where she had been an Administrative Assistant for 17 years. She is preceded in death by husband, E. M. Foley; parents, Peter & Persa Parales; and brother, Pete Parales. She is survived by her son, Gerald Tcimpidis & son and daughter-in-law, Thomas and Linda Tcimpidis; brother, Jim Parales; sister, Nina Parales Moore and six nephews. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, March 13, 2010 at RUTHERFORD FUNERAL HOME, 2383 North High Street, Columbus where friends may call one hour prior to the service. Burial will follow in Greenfield Cemetery, Greenfield, Ohio.
