CAMPBELL Yolanda Agoni Campbell, 83, died March 11, 2009, at Friendship Village in Columbus, Oh. Born December 26, 1925, in Prescott, Ariz., to Guiseppe (Joe) Agoni and Mary (Kosti) Agoni Piazzo. She attended the University of Minnesota. Predeceased by husband Joel Tillman Campbell and sister Clara (Piazzo) Klingele, Yakima, Wash. She is survived by children, Lucile Gubbins (Donald), Columbus, Oh., Charles Campbell (Wendy), Toronto, Canada, Myu Campbell (Linley Gwennap), Mountain View, Calif. and Christina (DeRovira) Gandley, Long Island, N.Y. She is also survived by grandchildren, Jenna and Kayley DeRovira, Timothy Gandley, and Charles and Carina Gwennap. A long-time resident of Lawrence, N.J., Mrs. Campbell, an avid bird watcher, served as a volunteer there with the American Cancer Society, YWCA, Girl Scouts, Common Cause, and Project Headstart. A memorial service will be held 1 pm. Saturday, March 14, 2009, at RUTHERFORD-CORBIN FUNERAL HOME, 515 High Street, Worthington. Friends may call from 11 a.m. until the service. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to the Alzeimer's Association at www.alz.org.
